Short answers
How does the 7-day trial work?+
The trial starts on the Revit device and is tracked by the license server per device. The trial period is not restarted for the same device.
What happens when I change plans?+
Plan rights are stored as an order-time snapshot. New rights are applied after payment; supported refund flow can restore the previous license profile.
Where do Family Library and Updates rights come from?+
The Package → Permission Engine generates license rights. The NOVEST MEP client enforces them server-side through its existing account and device headers.
Is NOVEST Cloud fully online today?+
NOVEST MEP includes local / synced-folder project package infrastructure. Full online NOVEST Cloud API integration is scheduled for the later professional phase.
